Taylor Poindexter and @shanselman's keynote at #strangeloop about finding meaning was really timely for me.

At age 41 I'm thinking through, where do I find meaning at work: certain technologies and practices? Making a difference on dev teams? in the broader world? A good work environment for myself? Some of my feelings on this are in tension and I'm not quite sure how to resolve them.
